Download iOS 13.1.3 and iPadOS 13.1.3 for iPhone and iPad

Apple has released iOS 13.1.3 and iPadOS 13.1.3. The previous iOS and iPadOS versions were released last month. The iOS 13.1.3 and iPadOS 13.1.3 arrives with bug fixes and stability improvements.

The initial iOS 13 was laden with bugs, however, Apple fixed some of the bugs in previous iterations. That being said iOS 13.1.2 also had a few bugs that lingered on. To begin with, the iOS 13.1.2 is plagued with call and battery problems. I have personally faced issues wherein calls are being dropped minutes within connected. In some cases, the calls simply don’t connect. Furthermore, the battery drain issue is said to be accompanied by reports of overheating. Interestingly, some of the bugs got carried over from iOS 13.1.2 beta to the final version.

How to Disable/Turn off Voicemail on iPhone (2019)

How to Disable Voicemail iPhone Feature

If you are tired of the extra charges due to voicemail, here is a simple procedure listed to help you disable the voicemail on iPhone:
  1. Start by tapping on the phone icon found at your iPhone’s home screen. Next, enter the numbers *#62# then call the number so that you are able to determine your voice mailbox number. Note the number down on a piece of paper or memorize it if you are good with numbers.
  2. Go to the setting section on your iPhone.  As soon as the menu opens, tap on the phone icon and then go to the call forwarding section. At this point, type the voice mailbox number on the space that will be provided and then you can now exit after saving the settings.
  3. Now, you can go to the keypad on your phone and then type the number #404 and then call so that you are able to turn off voicemail on iPhone. Afterward, you can try to call your voicemail box just to confirm if you have new messages.
  4. You also have the option of enabling divert call on your iPhone in case you wish. When you have disabled the voicemail, you can dial #61# hence your phone will have a ‘no answer’ response if anyone is trying to reach you. You also have the option of dialing 67 for user busy response.
  5. If you wish to reactivate the voice mailbox feature, you can dial 004# and call.

How to Turn off Voicemail Password on iPhone

When the inbox of the voicemail messages is set up, the available passwords are turned on by default. This feature is set in place to protect all the voicemail messages from other parties. In most cases, the carriers will not recommend that you turn off the passwords but most of the times if you keep on forgetting the passwords it is best that you turn it off.
The procedure below will help you to turn off the passwords and then turn it on later.
Step 1: Start by calling the system of the voicemail. From the keyboard of your iPhone, press then hold on key number one. You may also consider pressing then holding on the voicemail key too.
Step 2: Enter the password of your voicemail. In case you are prompted, you should enter the password of your inbox voicemail. If you have forgotten the password you may have to reset it first before proceeding.
Step 3: Proceed to the main menu by skipping the part where you have to listen to messages. This will require you to press the * button. From there, you should choose the administrative options.
Step 4: Select the password options. Tap on the key that says turn off the password then proceed by following the given prompts. These prompts always differ depending on the carrier, therefore, it is necessary that you are keen enough to avoid mistakes.

How to Share Photos without Location Data from iPhone iOS 13

Apple is considered to be focused on privacy and security. For iOS 13, the company introduced a number of new privacy-oriented features. Another such feature is the ability to strip a picture of your location data before you post it on the internet or send it to someone else.

Many people are completely oblivious to the fact that all the images they tap on from their iPhone have the location data attached to it. Inadvertently, if they share this photo with someone, they end up sharing the location where the photo is taken. In most cases, this may not matter, but sometimes you may want to share a photo without the appropriate location data. Thankfully, this is pretty easy for Apple in iOS 13. Follow the steps below to learn how to do this.

How to Share Photos Without Location Data from iPhone
Step 1: Select an image on your iPhone and continue to upload it with the camera roll. However, open the Photos app followed by the photo that you want to post.

Step 2: You should immediately see a tiny dialog box at the top which shows that the image contains location data.

Step 3: Tap Options and you will see the toggle to delete the location data from your image. You also have the ability to choose how to display your photo: Automatic, Individual Photo, or iCloud.

Automatic can automatically determine how to display your picture, depending on the app you are using. As for the iCloud connection, upload your picture to iCloud and create a reference that you can share with your friends or family.

The ability to share photos without location data may not be intended for everyone. Nonetheless, power users who are searching for something like this will appreciate this feature being baked directly into iOS 13 on their own.

25 Best iPhone 11 Pro and iPhone 11 Pro Max Features

The new top of the like iPhones – the iPhone 11 Pro and iPhone 11 Pro Max are all about – well – the pros. The best of the best. So Apple has packed it with a lot of pro stuff. From a pro camera setup, to a pro design, to even a pro display. If you’re a professional or creative, this new iPhone is clearly built for you. Or if you just want the best that’s possible.
iPhone 11 Pro and iPhone 11 Pro Max: The 25 Best Features

The iPhone 11 Pro is the new top of the line iPhone for 2019. It has a 5.8-inch screen and is the 2019 update for the iPhone XS. The iPhone 11 Pro Max has a 6.5-inch screen and is the 2019 update for the iPhone XS Max.
1. Pro Colors

The new iPhone 11 Pros come in a brand new finish. There’s a textured matte finish at the back glass to really give it a Pro feeling. The new devices come in four colors: Midnight Green, Space Grey, Silver, Gold. The trusted Space Grey and Silver options look good in the new finish. But it’s the green and the gold colors that really steal the show.
2. Pro Design

The back of the new iPhones is made of a single sheet of sculpted glass. It adds strength and beauty to the enclosure. The band and the structure is made of surgical-grade stainless steel.
3. A13 Bionic Chip

Apple says that the 7nm+ based A13 Bionic chip is now the fasted CPU in any smartphone. It features up to 20% faster CPU than the A12 chip. The A13 chip has special improvements for machine learning accelerators that allow the CPU to deliver more than 1 trillion operations per second.

Apple also says that the iPhone 11 Pro has the fastest GPU in any smartphone on the market. It’s up to 20% faster than the GPU in iPhone XR.
4. Pro Display

Apple has a new display for the new Pro iPhones. It’s called a Super Retina XDR display. It goes up to 800 nits so it’s better for viewing in the sunlight. During HDR photos and HDR10 movies, it can go up to 1200 nits. There’s a 20 million:1 contrast ratio. And inspite all these improvements, the display is a lot more efficient as well.
5. New Primary Camera System

The primary camera on the iPhone is also updated. The 12MP f/1.8 sensor has 100% Focus Pixels for up to three times faster autofocus in low light.

There’s also the Telephoto lens with 52 mm focal length and a larger f/2.0 aperture. This should ensure the telephoto sensor is able to capture better photos in low-light scenarios.
6. New Ultra Wide Camera

The iPhone 11 Pro gets a whole new camera. And it’s an ultra-wide sensor! The 12MP Ultra Wide sensor has an f/2.4 aperture. It basically allows you to zoom out 0.5x from the regular shot. It gives you a 120-degree field of view at a 13 mm focal length thereby giving you 4 times the scene view.

Using this camera you can take some amazing cinematic shots. The best part is that all of this works seamlessly in the camera app. You don’t need to understand anything about the three cameras. Just select the zoom levels and you’re good. Zoom in 2x using Telephoto lens and zoom out 0.5x using the Ultra-Wide lens. All in all, you get 4x optical zoom in total.
7. 4K Video on Ultra-Wide Camera

The 4K recording works on the Ultra-Wide camera as well and you can seamlessly switch between the cameras while shooting the video. You can tap on the zoom button to zoom out, or you can slide on the icon to slowly switch between the camera.
8. Audio Zoom

The Ultra-Wide camera and the new zoom technology comes with a really cool addition in the software. As you zoom in and out of a video, the audio zooms too!
9. Night Mode in Camera App

iPhone 11 Pro has a new low-light mode that turns on automatically and works without the flash. It takes multiple images while optical image stabilization steadies the lens. Then the software aligns the images to correct for movement and removes sections with too much blur. It then de-noises and enhances all the available details.

What you end up with is a final image using which you can actually see in the dark.
10. QuickTake

QuickTake is a new feature coming later in the year that will let you shoot videos while you’re taking photos. What’s awesome is that it will keep the same frame and all the image settings, seamlessly switching to the video mode.

This is something that is not quick to do right now. Once the feature ships, all you need to do is tap and hold on the Shutter button to start capturing the video. You can then swipe left to lock the video if you wish to capture longer videos.
11. 12MP Front Facing Camera

There’s a new camera system in the TrueDepth camera. It’s now a 12MP sensor with an f/2.2 aperture.
12. Faster Face ID with Wider Angles

Face ID is now 30% faster and it works at greater angles. So even if the phone is not directly looking at you straight in the face, Face ID unlock will still work.
13. Slo-mo on Front Facing Camera

Apple is trying to make ‘slofies’ a thing. You can now capture slow-motion video from the front-facing camera at up to 120 fps.
14. 4K Recording on Front Facing Camera

Plus you can record 4K video on the front-facing camera at 24, 30 or 60 fps.
15. Portrait Mode with Pets

Thanks to how the new wide and ultra wide cameras work together, the portrait mode now works for pets too! This is something we’ve wanted ever since the Portrait Mode showed up in iPhone 7 Plus.
16. Spatial Audio with Dolby Atmos

The speakers in iPhone 11 Pro are equipped with 3D Spacial audio technology. It simulates surround sound for a more immersive experience.

iPhone 11 Pro also comes with Dolby Atmos support. Also Read rarbg proxy

17. Deep Fusion

Deep Fusion is a new image processing technology by Apple that will ship with a software update later in the Fall. It’s another form of image composition technology. Apple takes 4 primary and 4 secondary shots before you press the shutter button. When you press the shutter button it takes one extremely long exposure shots to get as much detail as possible.

It then works pixel-by-pixel to stitch the details together from all the shots in the best manner. What you get is an image with amazing level of detail.
18. Longest Battery Life

iPhone 11 Pro makes a huge leap in battery life. The iPhone 11 Pro gets 4 hours more than iPhone XS. And with iPhone 11 Pro Max, it’s 5 more hours! It means the new iPhones will offer the longest battery life.
19. New U1 Chip

iPhone 11 Pro has a whole new chip called U1 that uses Ultra-Wideband technology for spacial awareness. This allows iPhone 11 Pro to precisely locate other U1 devices. If you want to share a file using AirDrop, just point your iPhone at theirs and they’ll be the first in the list of the AirDrop sharing screen.
20. Toughest Glass Ever in a Smartphone

Apple has heard your complaints loud and clear. With a back design that is precision milled and sculpted from a single piece of glass, iPhone 11 Pro features the toughest glass ever in a smartphone. This should help protect your iPhone in case you do drop it.
21. Improved Water-Resistance

iPhone 11 Pro is IP68 certified. This means it can withstand up to 4 meters of water for 30 minutes. That’s double what iPhone 11 is capable of.
22. 2X More Height for Panorama

You get twice as much height when you’re taking a panorama, thanks to the ultra-wide sensor. There are many more small camera improvements. The new telephoto lens captures 40% more light and the new True Tone flash is 36% brighter. Apple also promises Zero shutter lag on these new iPhone Pros.
23. Gigabit-class LTE

iPhone 11 Pro features a faster 1.6Gbps Gigabit-class LTE modem that will ensure even faster LTE download speeds.
24. Wi-Fi 6

iPhone 11 Pro is the first new iPhone to support the new Wi-Fi 6 standard for faster download speeds.
25. Bundled Fast Charger

This is something that we’ve been waiting for a long time. And the iPhone with the Pro name in it finally gets an 18-watt charger in the box. This means that you can now get fast charging on the iPhone from the get-go. This lets you get to 50% charge in just 30 minutes. Really useful when you’re going to be using your iPhone 11 Pro Max for shooting videos.

Other than this, the iPhone 11 Pro has all the same features that you saw in iPhone XS. So it still supports wireless charging, has Dual SIM support with eSIM and more.

iPhone 11 Pro will ship with iOS 13, with support for editing 4K videos, a dark mode and lot more.

iPhone 11 Pro starts at $999 for the 64GB model. The iPhone 11 Pro Max starts at $1099. Learn more about the pricing and availability here.

iOS 13: How to Optimise iPhone Battery Charging

There’s a reason as to why Apple continues to include a 5W charger with iPhones despite newer models supporting 18W fast charging. Charging a smartphone’s battery rapidly or keeping it charged to 100% all the time will reduce its lifespan noticeably. With iOS 13, Apple has introduced a new Optimised Battery Charging feature that aims to further increase the life span of your iPhone’s battery.
What is Optimised Battery Charging?

Apple is among the few companies in the world that allows users to see the battery health of their iPhone. The company added this feature in iOS 11 following user backlash it received after it was revealed that it was intentionally throttling older iPhones. With Optimised Battery Charging, Apple is giving iPhone users another way to further increase the life span of their phone’s battery.

If you are someone who charges their iPhone overnight, you should consider using the Optimised Battery Charging feature. Once enabled, your iPhone will learn your charging habits. It will then charge itself to 80% and then wait to charge the remaining 20% until it estimates you are about to use the phone. Your iPhone is still going to be fully charged when you pick it up in the morning, it is just that the last 20% will be charged right before the time you pick your phone up.

Almost all smartphones start trickle charging once their battery is charged to at least 80%. This is important as charging a smartphone’s battery after it has charged to around 80% is extremely bad for its longevity. With Optimised Battery Charging, Apple is essentially taking things a bit further to help increase your iPhone’s battery lifespan.
Should You Use Optimised Battery Charging?

If you are someone who charges their iPhone overnight, you should definitely consider enabling the Optimized Battery Charging feature. However, if you travel a lot or have an erratic schedule where it is not clear when you charge your iPhone, you should keep the feature disabled. You can also skip enabling the feature if you upgrade to a new iPhone every year.
Enable Optimised Battery Charging On Your iPhone

Optimised Battery Charging has been added by Apple in iOS 13. You can enable it by following the steps below:

Step 1: Go to Settings -> Battery -> Battery Health.

Step 2: Enable the Optimised Battery Charging toggle.

In the same screen, you will see the maximum capacity of your iPhone’s battery along with the Peak Performance Capability option. Anything greater than 90% and your iPhone’s battery is in great shape. The Peak Performance Capability option signifies that your iPhone’s performance is not being throttled in any way due to a weak battery.

If your iPhone’s battery has degraded significantly, you will see a relevant warning. In such scenarios, the throttling feature in iOS is automatically enabled, though you will see an option to disable it in this screen. You should replace the battery of your iPhone in such cases to restore the device back to its peak performance.Read Next:must have android apps

Intel's Coffee Lake Chips Bring Significant Speed Boosts to 2019 iMacs

Geekbench's John Poole this afternoon shared a series of 2019 iMac benchmarks, giving us a look at the performance boosts offered by Intel's 8th and 9th-generation Coffee Lake chips.

All of the new 27-inch 5K models offer superior performance compared to their 2017 counterparts, with single-core performance up an average of 6 to 11 percent and multi-core performance up 43 to 49 percent for six-core models. The higher-end models with 3.6GHz 8-core Core i9 chip offer the biggest boost in multi-core performance, with speeds up 66 percent.

The highest-end iMac earned a single-core score of 6157 and a multi-core score of 32293, compared to the 5864/1971 single and multi-core scores of the equivalent high-end machine.

Even the base model 2019 27-inch iMac with a 3.0GHz 6-core 8th-gen chip saw notable gains, earning a single-core score of 5222 and a multi-core score of 20145, compared to the 4767/13682 scores the low-end 2017 models earned.

These chips are two years apart, so it is no surprise that even the mid-level chips are outperforming the higher-end chips from 2017.

6-core and 8-core chips in the 27-inch models are now competitive with the 2017 iMac Pro models with 8 and 10-cores. The high-end 8-core iMac offers 16 percent higher single core performance and just 10 percent lower multi-core performance than the 10-core iMac Pro.

Gains are more modest for the 21.5-inch 4K iMac models, but still significant. Single-core performance is up 5 to 10 percent, while multi-core performance has increased by 10 to 50 percent.

As Poole points out, the performance gains in the 2019 iMac models are due to higher frequencies and core counts as the underlying architecture hasn't been updated.

Poole says that while there's a significant boost when it comes to multi-core performance in the new iMacs, along with a decent boost in single-core performance, the increase isn't enough to "justify upgrading from a 2017 iMac."

Apple's newest iMac models were announced last week and have been arriving to customers this week. Aside from Intel's new 8th and 9th-generation Coffee Lake chips, Radeon Pro Vega graphics options, and faster RAM, there have been no other improvements to the 2019 iMac models. Also Read:jihosoft Free iPhone Data Recovery
